What to Expect Next
We will assign a transporter to your vehicles for delivery to your garaging location. If you need vehicles delivered somewhere else, please contact your sales representative.
Our transportation partners will be providing you with updates throughout the process along with arrival ETA and contact information to your transporter.
Prior to your vehicles arriving at your destination, we will be sending you a digital inspection link for each vehicle. We use a platform called PAVE. This inspection is a crucial step in our process that gives you the opportunity to document full condition of each vehicle prior to using it so you are not held accountable at the end of your rental for any pre-existing damage or issues.
Prior to delivery date, you will need to provide an on-site contact for the day of your delivery. Delivery contact will need to be on-site to receive the vehicles and perform the inspection.
- The transporter will do a drop-off inspection for their own records that you will sign off on.
- Please be sure the representative thoroughly inspects the vehicles and any damage is accounted for on the transporter’s BOL (Bill of Lading).
- We require that you complete your PAVE report immediately after receiving the vehicles. Failure to complete the report within 48 hours of acceptance will result in the vehicle being accepted without pre-existing damage noted and your company can be financially liable.
