During your onboarding process, you’ll be sent an invite to join the platform and download the app. Forgot your password or need to update user details? No problem, just reach out to us at maintenance@apfleetmanagement.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Service can be performed within 500 miles or before or after the stated odometer interval. This maintenance schedule serves as authorization to perform the maintenance as indicated. Any additional service or work outside of the mileage limitations must be authorized.

We understand that during the term of your rental, maintenance or repairs may be needed. To make this process as smooth as possible, we’ve partnered with Service Up so you don’t have to pay out of pocket or deal with repair logistics yourself.
How Service Up Helps You:

- Arrange towing services when necessary
- Schedule repair appointments
There’s no payment required at the shop —Service Up handles it all for you.
INVOICES
Submit a timely invoice. Any invoice submitted more than 90 calendar days beyond the service date will not be approved.
INCLUDE
Reference at minimum the PO Number, VIN, Mileage & Model with each invoice submitted.
