VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS
Service can be performed within 500 miles or before or after the stated odometer interval. The preventative maintenance schedule serves as authorization to perform the maintenance as indicated. Any additional service or work outside of the mileage limitations must be authorized.
INVOICES
Submit a timely invoice. Any invoice submitted more than 150 calendar days beyond the service date will not be approved.
INCLUDE
Reference at minimum the PO Number, VIN, Mileage & Model with each invoice submitted.
DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS
For preventative maintenance, (i.e. oil changes, tire replacements/rotations, brakes, or items listed in the preventative maintenance schedule) please bring to an approved national vendor for service.
